During this meeting we discussed about Lip Dub giving an overview about it. Did a vote for what color shirt people wanted to wear for it. Announced that the next executive election was coming up and wanted everyone to consider what positions they wanted. Reminded that people that are elected must come to DCON. Introduced DCON again and asked people who wanted to attend.

(Exec meeting)
During this meeting we discussed about fees, getting papers signed and most importantly how elections are going to work. We decided to make it a secret valet voting, to make it not just a popularity vote and to get people to vote who they want as executives. People that wanted t run for exec positions had to prepare a 2 minute minimum speech. We decided that the number of votes did not decide if someone was going to be an exec but instead the votes would assist the current exec to make the final decisions.

During this meeting we had a Kiwanis guest to attend our exec election. We began our executive voting listing people on the board that wanted to run for an exec position. Called each person up to do a speech and after the end of each exec category we had a voting.
