The Service Initiative

High Five For Health

The Key Club service initiative is an element of the Major Emphasis Program (MEP) and is created on a two-year basis.

Key Club International encourages Key Club members to devote their hands-on service to a single area of need, to make a substantial impact. The 2008-10 service initiative is Live 2 Learn.

Live 2 Learn focuses on helping children, ages 5-9, overcome learning obstacles so they can be successful and give back to their home, school and community.

This emphasis allows Key Club members to direct their efforts to a single area of need to make a substantial impact. The emphasis area will rotate every two years.

Key Club members are serving primary school children in three areas:
Improving grades
Giving back
Growing together
