Registration

This year, your 2010 Circle K International Convention event package fee includes:

• International convention registration
• Four nights of housing in a Washington University in  St. Louis residence hall  (Questions about Washington University?)
• $40 to purchase meals or gifts on campus

Pay just $395 if you register before June 1!  Credit card payments accepted on-line.  If paying by check or money order, please download registration form and send completed form and payment to the address below.

Registration instructions and information

•  Use one registration form per attendee. Copies are acceptable.
•  Registration form and payment must be received by June 1, 2010, to receive the advance discount rate.
•  Registration form must be completed in its entirety in order  to be processed.
•  A confirmation of registration will be sent to your e-mail address, if provided, or to the mailing address provided on or before June 15, 2010, if your registration is received before June 1, 2010.

Registration and cancellation policy

•  All registration cancellations must be made in writing to Kiwanis International by letter, fax or e-mail.
•  Registration cancellations received by July 1, 2010, will receive a full refund less a processing fee of US$25.
•  No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations received after July 15, 2010.
•  Refunds will be issued after the close of the CKI convention.
