Circle K International Convention

Meet us in St. Louis.

Get down with other CKI members from around the world at the 55th Annual Circle K International Convention, August 4-7 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Registration and resident hall move in will occur on Wednesday, August 4th from noon to 6pm, or a little later. Make your way to the Swamp where the residence halls are located. Check out the CKI website for more information. When you register make sure you pick up a parking pass if needed for Lien or Wohl garages.

Summer Programs & Conference Services Office Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00a.m. – midnight Saturday and Sunday: 12:00p.m. – midnight Outside of office hours, please contact the Washington University Police Department (WUPD) at 314-935-5555 for assistance. WUPD will contact a Conference Assistant to assist you with check-in.
Always keep your safety first. You can get to campus via the MetroLink or a cab. If you are coming by cab, the address you Washington University, Shepley Drive. After you are dropped off by cab, look for the gazebo on your right, follow the promenade towards the Swamp.
When packing, don’t forget this year’s convention dress code is more laid back than normal. Nice shirts, shorts, and sandals are appropriate as long as there are no holes and clothes are appropriate length and size.
Please print and bring the delegate certification and code of conduct sheet that you received in your confirmation packet. Remember, only two students per school are allowed to be delegates, with exception of district officers.
